We are currently having problems trying to mail out your Mets tickets. The address in the system did not completely carry over from the Internet purchase you placed. Would it be possible to leave the tickets here at the stadium and have you pick them up at our Will Call window on the day of the game? This would eliminate the possibility of lost tickets when being sent out of the country. Another option and probably our preferred would be to have the tickets emailed directly to your email address and you can print them out through your computer.

Je lui ai répondu que les deux options me convenaient.
- le Will Call (ticket à retirer sur place) : faut faire la queue, être sûr qu’ils vont pas se gourrer (ça m’est jamais arrivé, mais bon…) MAIS on a un vrai ticket, souvenir, qui plus est de cette dernière saison à Shea.
(C’est la seule option que me donnaient les Yankees par exemple)
- le Print@Home, option qui m’est uniquement proposée par les RedSox, offre quant à elle la simplicité, l’immédiateté, la facilité d’accès MAIS vous n’avez pas de vrai ticket.
Pour Fenway c’est pas trop grave : j’y “retourne chaque année” :p.
Pour Shea et Yankee stadiums dont c’est la dernière saison, c’est autre chose.
Tant pis, je m’achéterai d’autres souvenirs sur place

Since you would prefer the hard ticket, I will leave them at the Will Call Windows located between Gates C & D. All you need on the day of the game is a picture ID to pick them up.
